I can not say enough good things about this company. They came out on a Sunday to fix my A/C. Fair, friendly and fast! I definitely made the right decision on having them install my new units. Call them if you need A/C repairs or installation. You will not be disappointed!

Great communication and fast response. I'm horrible with names, but it was the owner's son who came out. Diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than five minutes (seriously, just call them in the first place to install a new thermostat rather than trying out some lacking DIY "skills"). Extremely polite and a perfectionist, he even made sure to wipe his fingerprints off the new thermostat and adjusted my askewed mounting job. He made sure I had a new filter and did a complete checkup of the entire system and cleaned off the condensor while he was there. If he's the next generation of this company, they're in good hands for a long time.

They have replaced 3 units for me. Always a fair price and show up / finish when they say they will. Very good people to work with!

These guys are great. I have been doing business with them for over 15 years. Over the years I have referred them to my brother, son and many neighbors. Not uncommon to see them in the neighborhood helping others. I believe referrals are the best measure of how good someone is and I would refer to anyone. Call them if you need A/C or installation. You will not be disappointed!

Stay Kool A/C & Heating installed a new A/C & Heating system for my home. The old equipment was removed, area cleaned, installed new equipment and re-cleaned (terrific attention to detail)! They had 2 teams working inside and out to expedite the installation and ALL of them were very knowledgeable about every aspect of the new system. They helped me establish what I needed to buy initially and also how to take good care of it. I purchased the 10 year warranty - I am very confident that this company will take excellent care of me!

During panic season (June 2015) for AC contractors, Stay Cool replaced a gas fired 3 ton AC unit inside and out in one day the next day and didn't ask for money up front. The product & service were a good value. Efran, the technician, was professional, courteous, personable, very neat and he explained the entire system to me carefully. It was a tight space in an old home, but they made it look very good. I am a commercial general contractor hiring many commercial subs every month. These guys were A++. I would highly recommend them. They we're less than anyone I found on Angie's list and several days quicker. We Stayed Cool because of Stay Cool!

Great service!! Ricardo came out and fixed my AC during July, imagine how hot it’s been. Three other companies came out before Stay Kool and did not fix the issue. Ricardo came out early morning, identified the issue and came back with the part to repair it same day. My home went from really hot miserable days to pleasantly cold days from sun up to sun down. Thank you, I greatly appreciate it!

We had a heating issue a Friday. Can you imagine, during a weekend. I called them Saturday, they went to my home the same day without charging more because "was an emergency or during a weekend". Ricardo checked all the system (he went with other technician), hit the problem and fixed my unit. He explained me everything in a really clear and simple way that I understood and I know what he did to my AC/Heating unit. They were very professional with also a great price. I really trust Stay Kool AC and Ricardo, hands down. I will definitely call them again when needed. They also speak Spanish. Tuve un problema de calefaccion un viernes. Se pueden imaginar, durante el fin de semana. Los llame el sabado, ellos fueron a mi hogar el mismo dia sin cobrar mas por "ser una emergencia o durante el fin de semana". Ricardo verifico todo el sistema (el fue junto a otro tecnico), dio con el problema y reparo mi unidad. El me explico todo de forma muy clara and simple de forma que entendi y se que fue lo que le hizo a mi unidad de aire/calefaccion. Fueron muy profesionales con un gran precio. Realmente confio en Stay Kool AC y Ricardo, sin duda alguna. Definitivamente los llamaria nuevamente de necesitar. Tambien hablan Ingles.

They replaced our upstairs AC unit back in 2018 and the unit has performed like a champ.. We just had them out again today for an estimate to replace our downstairs unit and they were on time and fairly priced.

Tuve una muy mala experiencia con una compañía De aire A-star Air conditioning mi aire se descompuso y me querían cobrar $6000 para cambiar la unidad y no tenía ni tres años que me lo habían instalado ellos desesperado llamé a esta compañía y ellos acudieron a hacerme el servicio y me explicaron el problema que era los filtros quedé muy contento porque me resolvió en el problema muy profesionalmente y por muy poco dinero a comparación de la otra compañía que querían estafarme Le recomiendo al 100% esta compañía ya que son honestos y ayudan a la gente latina...,,,
